Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with KastDrive for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • Pro Lifetime purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Pro Annual subscriptions within 30 days of initial payment or of any renewal payment.

The Free tier requires no payment and is therefore not eligible for refunds.

How to request a refund

Email support@kastdrive.com with:

  • The email address used at purchase
  • Your LemonSqueezy order number (found in your purchase receipt)

We will process your refund within 3 business days. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

After a refund

Upon refund, your Pro licence is deactivated and the app reverts to the Free tier (1 mount). Your connection profiles and local data are not deleted — you can continue using KastDrive on the free tier or purchase again at any time.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in licence revocation. We respond to all refund requests within 1 business day and will always honour the 30-day guarantee.

Annual subscription cancellation

You may cancel your Pro Annual subscription at any time via your LemonSqueezy customer portal (link in your purchase receipt). Cancellation prevents future billing; no partial refunds are issued for unused subscription days beyond the 30-day window.
